This is fantastic for quick weeknight meals. The chicken is tender and the spice mix is genuinely close to authentic shawarma. My only slight critique is that it benefits from a quick pan-sear and perhaps a splash of extra lemon juice before serving, as it can be a tiny bit dry straight out of the oven. Great bulk buy.
