Excellent buffalo meat, perfect for slow cooking. The yield was very good since there was hardly any fat or gristle to remove. My only slight critique is that one of the internal packs had a minor breach in the vacuum seal, leading to a small patch of freezer burn on the edges. Minor issue overall.
