The cream itself is absolutely superb—it’s stable, thick, and has a great flavor profile for both savory and sweet dishes. I would give it five stars for performance alone. My only slight critique is the bulk packaging; managing 12 individual 1-liter boxes is a bit cumbersome for home storage, but the product quality is top-notch.
