These are incredibly easy to prepare and taste great with chutney. They crisp up perfectly. My only minor suggestion is that they seem slightly oily when fried (even shallow frying). I baked the last batch, and they were much better, but they lost a bit of the traditional samosa texture. Overall, a great product for bulk buyers.
