The marinade used here is top-notch—incredibly rich and flavorful, exactly what malai style should be, and perfectly mild. It arrived fresh and well-packed. One skewer seemed slightly firmer/less cooked than the other two, but overall, this is a beautiful appetizer I would definitely order again.
