The meat itself is delicious and very tender once cooked. It arrived a day later than estimated, which caused a slight logistical hurdle for us, and the outer box had a minor tear. However, the internal vacuum seal was intact, and thankfully the meat quality was unaffected. Good product, minor shipping issues.
