The tenderloin itself is extremely good—tender and low in fat. It arrived well-frozen. I deducted one star because 18kg is a massive logistical challenge to store and break down, and the vacuum sealing was almost *too* effective, making it hard to portion initially. But the resulting steaks are delicious.
