Insert an Accu-Chek Active test strip into the meter in the direction of the arrows. The meter will turn on automatically. The meter will display a flashing blood drop symbol, indicating it is ready for testing. Obtain a small blood sample using a lancing device (e.g., Accu-Chek Softclix or Accu-Chek FastClix). Apply the drop of blood to the green area on the test strip. Ensure the blood fills the test area completely. The meter will start analyzing the blood sample, and the blood glucose result will be displayed on the screen within a few seconds. Record your blood glucose result in your logbook or diabetes management app. Safely dispose of the used test strip. Important Notes: Use each test strip only once.
