Chicken Shish Tawook 10 kg (250-300 pcs approx) | Golden fresh

The Shish Tawook is delicious and the chicken breast is very tender. Excellent price point for 10kg. My only minor gripe is that the thawing instructions weren’t totally clear for such a huge block amount amount it took significantly longer than anticipated to fully defrost the entire box evenly before we could portion it out. Once cooked, though, it was perfect. Highly recommend for parties.
