Fresh Malai Paneer (10 x 1Kg)

Overall, fantastic malai paneer. The flavor is rich and creamy, and it cooked up beautifully in the Kadhai Paneer I made. My only minor issue is that two of the 1kg blocks seemed slightly drier on the edges compared to the others, requiring a bit more moisture during preparation. But for this bulk volume, the quality is still way above the store standard. Would buy again.
