Good quality chicken mortadella. It has a great taste, and I appreciate the solid texture; it doesn’t crumble when sliced very thin. My only minor critique is that it seemed slightly drier than other brands I’ve tried, but overall, it’s a solid 4 stars, especially considering the massive size.
