The broth produced from these bones is exceptional—very savory and clean flavor. The product itself deserves five stars. My only slight critique is purely logistic: one of the 1kg bags was slightly compromised during transit, leading to a small freezer burn patch, but 9 out of 10 bags were perfect. Excellent value for this large quantity.
