There’s no need to change your cooking or eating habits with this pasta and guests may not even realise that what they are eating is gluten free. Cooking*: per portion boil 1lt of water and 1tsp salt, then stir in 100g pasta. Boil for 6-7 minutes and carefully taste the pasta every minute until it is ‘al dente’. Drain and serve immediately.
