Directions for Use: The usual dosage for adults is 50mg two or three times a day, or as directed by your doctor. For milder conditions, 50mg once or twice a day may be sufficient. Swallow the tablets whole with water, preferably with or after food to minimize stomach upset. Do not crush or chew the tablets. Always follow your doctor’s instructions regarding dosage and duration of treatment. Precautions: Inform your doctor if you have any allergies to diclofenac, aspirin, or other NSAIDs. Provide your doctor with your complete medical history, especially if you have a history of stomach ulcers or bleeding, heart disease, high blood pressure, kidney disease, liver disease, asthma, or bleeding disorders. Diclofenac, like other NSAIDs, may increase the risk of serious cardiovascular events, such as heart attack or stroke, especially with long-term use or at high doses. Diclofenac can also increase the risk of serious gastrointestinal adverse events, such as ulcers, bleeding, or perforation of the stomach or intestines. These events can occur without warning. Use caution if you are elderly, as you may be at higher risk for side effects from NSAIDs. Inform your doctor about all other medications you are taking, including prescription drugs, over-the-counter medicines, and herbal supplements, as interactions can occur, particularly with blood thinners (like warfarin), aspirin, other NSAIDs, and certain blood pressure medications. Avoid alcohol while taking Diclopid, as it may increase the risk of stomach problems. Consult your doctor before using Diclopid if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding. NSAIDs should generally be avoided during the later stages of pregnancy. Keep this medication out of the reach of children. In case of overdose, seek medical help immediately.
