Description Solpadeine Solub/Eff Tab is a soluble or effervescent analgesic medication designed for fast relief from moderate to severe pain. Paracetamol helps to relieve pain and reduce fever, codeine is an opioid analgesic that enhances pain relief, and caffeine can help to increase the effectiveness of the other pain relievers. The soluble or effervescent formulation allows for quicker absorption of the medication into the bloodstream, providing faster pain relief. Solpadeine Solub/Eff Tab is used for the relief of headaches, migraines, backache, toothache, period pain, and rheumatic and muscle pain. The usual dose for adults (16 years and over) is one or two tablets every four to six hours as needed for pain relief, up to a maximum of eight tablets in 24 hours. Always use the lowest dose that is effective for your pain. Do not take for more than 3 days unless directed by a doctor. Precautions: Do not take Solpadeine Solub/Eff Tab if you are allergic to paracetamol, codeine, caffeine, or any other ingredients. Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if you have liver or kidney problems, breathing difficulties, epilepsy, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking other medications, especially other medicines containing paracetamol or opioids.
